SERVICE CHARGES*:Our diagnostic bench fee is only $60. Service and repairs is $75 plus parts. (**Charges are slightly higher for Apple / Mac repair, normally an additional $25)
Notebook DC Jack repair is $140 + parts ($20 on average).

We normally service all equipment on a first-come first-served basis, but we understand that from time to time, certain situations require special attention. This is why, for our regular rate plus thirty dollars we will drop everything and get you up and running again as fast as possible.
Loaners are made available in instances where parts are unavailable for extended periods of time.
